Camy Hand is a Regional Sales Manager for the Kavin Group where she is responsible for partnering with Company leaders and work with them to build a custom recruitment strategy that fits with their internal processes and procedures.
Camy has 16+ years experience in account management and full cycle recruitment. She has also been an owner/operator of her own business. Camy strives to become an extension to her clients’ “human resource” department. As well as act as a trusted advisor to her clients, by keeping them informed of what is going on in the recruitment industry and ensuring that their KPI’s and ROI’s are being fulfilled by hiring top caliber individuals to their team(s) and organization.
